Just for the sack of experience you can work there. Just a horrible place with filled half minded elites

Dislikes

The management is a very powerful lady. The problem is with the execution of power and duty. In simple the campus is just like Tamilnadu's present status. To be honest there are few really good people whom are in the state of inability. Comparatively it is not that much pressure to work there. One can learn what are all the things should be done. Can learn experience in a different way. If you really cared about your academic growth please don't opt for KSG.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
