No Salary growth, even if you try to leave, they make it as difficult as possible - by blocking clearance certification, enforcing long notice period, even using their network to restrict future job opportunities 3. However, F&F process is delayed causing financial stress and no update.

1.Department staff behavior is good. 2.Supervisor are Helpful and support us. 3 Atmosphere are not bad.

1.Salary of experience boys is very low, but freshers boys is high salary. 2.Canteen food is very bad.

Likes

Learning opportunities are good. Plant head is very polite, if you are doing good and working in production department your job is 100% secure. You can learn anything and everything. Owner is also a good person.

Dislikes

The worst thing about this company is HR and their policies. Salary structure for lower to mid level employees are very bad.

Likes

Good facility created for workers by providing cheap food arrangements in the factory. Company is using SAP S4 hana though it is Medium Enterprise.

...nnot be trusted 3. Team work , cross functional team work is not encouraged 4. Misleading pay structure and employee looses a good part of CTC communicated. 5. Since Management don't appreciate if someone accepts mistake, employees provide wring feedback to save their skin and new employee faces challenges 6. Firing employees during Covid lockdown 7. Not provided laptops or desktop for doing work from home. Asked employees to purchase at their cost.

Unprofessional Management and Poor Employee Treatment Review Body: Working at this company has been an extremely disappointing experience. The management is disorganized and lacks basic professionalism, often making decisions without considering the impact on employees. There is a blatant lack of respect, and employees are treated poorly, with no appreciation for their hard work or dedication. The environment feels more like exploitation than collaboration, leaving staff feeling undervalued and demoralized. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values a respectful and supportive workplace. They believe in Hire and Fire Policy. Don't ever join this organizations. Your life will be ruined.
