The work culture is good and job security as well . As all pumps are engineered, always new things come up so that there is huge scope of learning as a fresher.

No ethics, your talent is not going work, need strong reference then only you will grow. Same position, same experience people having package difference of 5-6 lakhs just because of reference.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and going arcade for chilling Company policies are good appraisal are fair they give bonous
