Salary didn't come on time We don't get any salary slip We cannot connect with HR or any higher member for any help Sometimes we have to work overtime without any overtime compensation Sometimes we have to work all 7 days without any bonuses or extra payment We don't get any salary hike We don't get any uniform and the work environment is very dirty We don't get any safety equipment while working on HT supply

When work is done then servent want his salary but from month of may 2020 No payment in our account we working till now only on believe but no salary and no pf amount deposited in pf account so how should we satisfied please help us and please as early as possible give us salary its very needed us .

The managers are lie with us about our salary it's dislike because any worker want his salary at a time but it's not from Krystal integrated we don't know what's a problem but we do not have any option to express yourselfe , family hope from us for a salary but in this covid-19 pendamic period it's not fare with us about an 6 month and 12 day we just wait for salary till now salary not deposit in our account.where from we hope now

Maintain their hygiene level in canteen

During pandemic they tell us to come alternate days even there is no requirement and Salary deduction form uper level management to lower level management are same that is not fair for others.

...Like Allwyn Sir, Rajendra jena sir etc. They all are good man always supportive.Company has good policy never delay in salary , every year gives bonus incentive. I had been a part of the organization. If i get second opportunity it will be my pleasure.

No Micro Management by Sales head. Performance matter. Listed in BSE and NSE. Free hand to certain level to client meeting and decsion making which allowed to take responsiblity

Operation division people are not expertise in the field . Most of the operation people enjoying work free career by buttering their seniors and seniors Operation also not capable to Handle client when actual services started. Mostly operation team work on Moonlighting. No seriousness to hold the client as Operation head always consider client is wrong and their team is right. Operationally illiterate people. It is Operation driven company , but No new outside people are taken in operation. . Mostly relatives of operation's people are mounted at site not quality manpower.
