There has been no salary increase over the past years, and the bonus structure is non-existent

Akums is a great place to work. The company policies are employee friendly and salary is good which also comes on time. Day to day activities are good and happened often for physical and mental health and growth.

Dislikes

Canteen food is sometimes tasteless. There is no alternative to tasty food.

a lack of work-life balance, high pressure work environment, inconsistent pay structures across different departments, poor management practices, limited career growth opportunities, and sometimes a lack of respect for employee needs

If you have skill required for the project you can stay as long as you want and your manager will always stand for you,

Dislikes

Company not care about their employee now a day, giving very less anual bonus which is around 4% and even promotional increment is also 10%, once you on bench and decline more than three project offer due to night shift or due to location you will get hr show cause mail which may terminate if not provide proper justification, also they did not compensate me for relocation for the project.
