It is an average Co. Career growth is not appreciated .Commitment by the Directors are not fulfilled .Hence ,Staff rotation is very high.

Dislikes

Salary should be paid in time. Commitment needs to be fulfilled at Directors level. Internal problems at Top Management should be sorted out in the family itself. The same should not be come on to 2nd.layer of Management i.e .Sales / Marketing. Marketing people should get the support of the Top Management when the planning/ execution is accepted.

No one can make a career in this company. The salary is given after 17th of the next month and that too after knocking the accounts department numerous times. And this company doesn't know the meaning of salary increment.
