Right now I'm associated with kruti power project at dholera site as a HSE officer overall experience in kruti power is very good there is no any salary difficulties in company' and most important thing is that there is no any management pressure on you to do what they want You are free to make your own dicision with project manager and implement at site .

But one thing I observed in kruti power Some of employee have inadequate knowledge in their filed and they are working in company very respectful post which will impact future of company
