Absolutely nothing.. I was being completely exploited at workplace..

Everything.. totally unhappy, only unpleasant experiences. They hold original documents and even if you are ready to compensate with salary they won’t relieve you and force you to work. Management was responsible for an irreplaceable damage to me.

...ing hours till mid May persisting on same timetable to continue as pre-lockdown. #very delayed pay #50% cut March-April #70% cut May #very delayed & mistimed SOP appraisal of lockdown terms&conditions #no OFFICIAL COMMUNIQUE FROM HR/DIRECTORS REGARDING PAY CUT #NO PAY-SLIPS #No Offer letter for Contractual employees #no prompt communique even to grievances from Top Management e.g. Director/Dean , Accounts Manager.

College retain the original educational certificates before joining for a period of 2 years which is against ugc guidelines and 3 month notice period which is not as per industry standards. Hr department is very unprofessional not true to their words.

Openness of the Management to feedback and suggestions 6. Excellent rapport of the Management with all the employees, parents and students

poor line of communication down to contractual employees, HR had not produced contractual letter, payslips, no brief on delay of payments during online covid classes, experience letter (post relieving) till date.
