Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Absolutely nothing.. I was being completely exploited at workplace..

Dislikes

Everything.. totally unhappy, only unpleasant experiences. They hold original documents and even if you are ready to compensate with salary they won’t relieve you and force you to work. Management was responsible for an irreplaceable damage to me.

Work life balance is there

Dislikes

No pf, no ELs, no insurance, no maternity pay, no promotion, no hike after maternity leave. Extremely unprofessional environment. They take and keep your original certificates till the time you are working there. They won't allow to resign easily also. Extremely pathetic place to work.

College retain the original educational certificates before joining for a period of 2 years which is against ugc guidelines and 3 month notice period which is not as per industry standards. Hr department is very unprofessional not true to their words.
