Absolutely nothing.. I was being completely exploited at workplace..

Everything.. totally unhappy, only unpleasant experiences. They hold original documents and even if you are ready to compensate with salary they won’t relieve you and force you to work. Management was responsible for an irreplaceable damage to me.

College retain the original educational certificates before joining for a period of 2 years which is against ugc guidelines and 3 month notice period which is not as per industry standards. Hr department is very unprofessional not true to their words.

the flexibility to schedule my timing of work as a visiting faculty.

poor line of communication down to contractual employees, HR had not produced contractual letter, payslips, no brief on delay of payments during online covid classes, experience letter (post relieving) till date.

management doesnot address emplyoees. no work ethics, there is submission of certificates before accepting the job, no experience certificate provided if left, suddenly terminate staff witout giving reason
