This company doesn't respect any of its employee or his/her work. It respects only their Degrees. There is no scope for any growth in terms of Career and Skill Development. Senior people will not give you any chance to work in your job profile. They will just involve in other work that is not related to your profile. This ruins work experience.

Work life balance is good here as compared to my previous company.

Salary is way too low than the competitor companies. Do not expect to get a promotion here. You'll get good appraisal only if you know how to be a sweet mouth to the top management otherwise you'll be tormented at the time of appraisal and they'll show you that you don't know shit about anything and you are worth nothing.

Likes

The company is a great platform for fresher belongs to mechanical engineering. A very good starting salary with provision period of half year and very reasonable increment after six month only. Work environment is so transparent with zero corporate politics. You can explore more and more in ventilation field.

Kruger is brand name and everyone run behind brand. You don't take headache to book your sales Target.

Dislikes

Nepotism is on high level. Hard working doesn't matters. Sallery structure is vary bad. If you don't like promotion and appraisal then only you must join Kruger. After working more than 4 years, it's very critical to switch in any HVAC MNC.
