Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Partially Manager takes leave for 10 days but he didn't allow to take leave to other employees even sick leave was canceled,he assign to many task and force to complete on same day daily i have to work for 13-14 hours since dec-2023

Nothing is Good about company.

Dislikes

No good Teammates. All are technically not clever. No product training provided. No job security, they can fire you without any reason. If you ask for increment they fire you. They hire developers in 6000 Rs only. After hiring as a developer they give task of support,data collection. ,No appraisal. Seniors are higher political players. No good environment. No work life balance.
