I want to express my gratitude for the opportunities I've had during my time at Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd. I have learned a great deal and have enjoyed working with the dedicated team in the Laboratory.

Dislikes

I never got my salary on time and the salary for July 2024 is still withheld. I have sent a lot of mails regarding this but got no response to any mail, neither did I get any reply from our management team regarding salary or any other information.

There is nothing to like about the company.

... the company is completely dependent on those people and don't want new talents. Horrible salary structure and deductions, it's like getting stuck with the job. Extreme office politics and horrible work culture.

Very Bad experience in this company, they don't give increment after 5 years yet,no extra working hours salary, management is so bad, extremely wrost experience.

They don't give extra working hours salary,not holiday if you work extra, and even 5 years complete many people don't get his salary increment

They do not pay the employees for the first year and have to do covid swab collection in the absence of covid 19 epidemic. There is no sanitizer available in the lab. There is good foundation for education for new technician's

Career growth is fast but payment issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
