...and culture. But Teammates are not supportive and management is not transparent. Company policy are good but they didn't give a good salary hike and bonus in not sufficient.

The reporting managers only take incentive and bonus the ground leval staff are not take any penny from last 4 years, So much of chatu available on every stage even tho they are not also got increment
