No job security Any employee can be fired at any momemt. Mar2023 - They fired 250 Apr 2023 - They fired almost 260 employees Every month - Then firing of 80-100 people every month was very common. July2024- They fired approx 2500 people (15% of employee strengthj) instantly without any notice Nov2024- Planning to fire 30% strength - Lets see the final outcome.
