No Job security even after 1 year of service. The owner of this company Mr. Manoj Rathi can do anything if he doesn't want any employee in his company without any reason. Even if he/she is a hard working, smart etc. I've seen many people he terminated in front of me and including me without any reason. He accused one of my colleague of stealing of data & terminate her. He is a emotionless & heartless.
