...e reviews available online are fake, creating a misleading image of the company. Salary increments remain poor and far below industry standards. Appraisals are disappointing, with minimal financial rewards, making career growth unappealing. The company prioritizes spending on luxurious office spaces in Mumbai but does not allocate fair increments for its employees. Office culture in Mumbai is plagued by gossip, office politics, and favoritism in promotions, making the work environment toxic. Employees in the Administrative team are treated like second-class citizens compared to other departments. Leads and managers are highly biased, with favoritism playing a significant role in promotions rather than performance. The Director of Administration (based in the UK) is unapproachable, arrogant, and egoistic, paying disproportionate attention. Promotions are often granted based on personal relationships rather than merit, if you are a great friend of Team Lead ( who is highly egoistic and biased ) , then you could be promoted to become Admin lead. The previous management of Global Business Solutions was effective, but the current management under Corporate Services has deteriorated significantly. Employees are not honored, recognized, or valued for their work, even if they dedicate themselves fully to the company. The company has undergone significant cost-cutting but still expects employees to work from home for three days without providing WiFi reimbursement. Employees are required to comply with unreasonable expectations without receiving basic support from the company. There is no transparency in the appraisal process, and biased management decisions are damaging the company's reputation. AA/EAs should be given a platform to provide feedback on their leads to upper management, especially those in the UK/US offices, to ensure fair treatment. Without significant changes, the situation is unlikely to improve, and the company's reputation will continue to suffer.

- Growth from learning point of view is not good. - Pay is below average. - Very less scope for promotion. - From last 2 years, higher management is still re-organizing the teams to fit into different business units. - After change of senior/higher management in technology, there is no clarity at all and no body is sure as to what is going to happen in future. - Job security is a big concern.

There is nothing good about Kroll, PV process.

Dislikes

...and dogs. At the end it affects the employee due to inefficiency of manager. Pay is very less in this kind of work and zero learning. Managers are not at all supportive and try to be authoritative all the time. There is a reason why the attrition rate is so high and why joining bonus is so big. Bonus is big which comes with a claw back provision because the company also knows the reality of the process. There are no timings. Managers want you to work like a donkey for 24 hrs and there is no additional reward or pay for that. In terms of appraisal also, they give single digit raise and peanut bonus. Good appraisal is given only to those who are in good books of the manger.

Nothing, other teams other than inhouse SOC,

Dislikes

Good with politics, bad egoistic attitude, Indian management is worst where we report to, no learnings , please contact kroll employees before joining for honest feedback.
