There is nothing good about Kroll, PV process.

Dislikes

...and dogs. At the end it affects the employee due to inefficiency of manager. Pay is very less in this kind of work and zero learning. Managers are not at all supportive and try to be authoritative all the time. There is a reason why the attrition rate is so high and why joining bonus is so big. Bonus is big which comes with a claw back provision because the company also knows the reality of the process. There are no timings. Managers want you to work like a donkey for 24 hrs and there is no additional reward or pay for that. In terms of appraisal also, they give single digit raise and peanut bonus. Good appraisal is given only to those who are in good books of the manger.

Kroll infosec (monitoring team) is full of politics, management is worst , not like a MNC atmosphere. Seems more of local market project with the abusive language and attitude. Women’s please beware! Stay away’!
