Likes

MD is a decent person and have a vision to achieve a market position through people training and engagement.

Dislikes

Mr. Jain is the centred person taking all the decision and backing up the people like Rajesh & 2 more (who don't want to improve) and believing every feedback from them without going to root. If you want to approach MD regarding any improvement then you have to approach Jain and if he thinks you can overcome him then your idea and you are on stake.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
