All department are very poor, no transparency, short minded people at top level, they don’t pay salary with the reason client not paying but they get the money from them. Very poor management no honesty and they don’t understand what employees go through their turmoil life. Very sadist.

Immediate leave approval was only thing which was somewhat positive.

...day, they will tell to learn angular, the next day it will be react and so on...You have to submit the original degree certificates with them and work for 12-13 hours daily with a very low salary like a slave for 2 years...There wont be any appraisals and they will put 1000 rules just to give some performance appraisal...There is no job security or guaranteed here...FRESHERS PLEASE BE AWARE !!!

...u as fresher after 6 weeks from joining date. Only 10 out of 25 got employement.Others has to sit without pay until they get projects. They doesnot follow thier words and promises given to Employees. No Team leader & Project lead to guide Freshers to gain any experience. Worst time management. 2 saturdays working. Even Sunday also they will push to work. No Payment until you get employement eventhough it has 7 months , NO PAY until. They will not provide PC for freshers .

I liked working at kriyatec it Systems is that we have support from our management people they will guide you properly for the things and keeps track on by asking the status or any grievance with client etc.

Dislikes

I feel like management should be bold to take decision or fulfill promises and push employees further.
