Work environment is good.

Dislikes

No appraisal, No LTA, No bonus, management is bad, No one can hear your voice from management. There is a member from finance team who’s name is lokesh don’t believe on his words.

Job security is not there, becouse they will not allow to speak with team and they will not accept your ideas, here only focus on women's empowerment and showing that male are just dustbin, Management are not at all good they will listen only female word who are looks beautiful, they never obey company policy they have own policy according to person and time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not there only who are close with management but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is open to innovation and provide the latest technology . I am Happy to the part of that team that's make the reliable and high quality product and has a global base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow .The work pressure is very high . Sometimes, I have worked 12 to 13 hours straight in a day as I have to attend more work in the evening and sometimes late in the night . Manager do not the value and individual unique strength.

Nothing to Like about. They Don't value their Employees. At Time of appraisal the always have a reason that companies not doing well still affected by covid and still recovering so we cannot provide you hike. Diwali Bonus does not exist. Not even a single good project. Everything works by jugaad

Dislikes

Everything. No Work culture. Toxic Colleagues. No Good Mentors all have left the company. No best practices are followed. Everything works by jugaad.

Dislikes

Company runs on WhatsApp, all internal communication has to happen on WhatsApp. In a day, management conduct 5-6 meeting just to see that you are present in office or not.
