...king environment and teammates are supportive but management is not transparent. Company policies are good but no salary hike and bonuses every year.

There is lots of politics and salary is not hiking after 2 year's experience also. The job training is not given to new joiners.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Salary not given till now ( Month of March and April ). Given only half salary of month of March. We also worked on april month from home (daily 8 hours), Head office gave us the question papers and we wrote all the answers of respected subjects and we send to all the children (parents what's app) and collected & checked every day (6 working days). And also did every day phone calls to all the parents (respected classes) asked about Fee and review. Is this not a work sir? So iam requesting you please issue the salary. Thank you.
