Good working environment and teammates are supportive but management is not transparent. Company policies are good but no salary hike and bonuses every year.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics and salary is not hiking after 2 year's experience also. The job training is not given to new joiners.

Job is quite interesting but I struggled a bit in the beginning as there is no formal training. I learned everything in the job, I got a chance to wear multiple hat and that helps me get a taste of different roles within the same team;

Salary not given till now ( Month of March and April ). Given only half salary of month of March. We also worked on april month from home (daily 8 hours), Head office gave us the question papers and we wrote all the answers of respected subjects and we send to all the children (parents what's app) and collected & checked every day (6 working days).
