There is no standard HR policies face value is matter. Employee motivation is zero. Designation wise terrible policy followed.

Was very good environment., & all the staffs, workers & teammates 're very supportive, good & behaves like's a friend's with pure humbleness.. And the atmosphere & 5S are very good to see... Following & ruling the Punctuality & disciplines are very perfect..

There's no bus or cab facilities for Men workers during on untime shifts.. The shift's timings were not comfortable for all. Well literally some kinda politics behaviour persons are there & career growth & promotion 're slow... And for freshers training is not given by special experienced staffs.. only they need to learn by their own slowly & slowly.. due to them the other processes and all getting slow.. And yearly increment is very low. And there's no protection for carbon air pollution & sound pollution for workers..

Full support....and different rules timeing change.....then all people process healthy foods,juice in week one day mask 2 weeks change one member2 mask provided, kasaayam juice 2 weeks only 7days....that's all......tq

Good Experience faculty members to provide better experience in short term period and also learn more than more industrial structural knowledge. Long term career growth knowledge within short term peroid. But working drawback is most of the employees working as apprenticeship training employees in short term 2 to 3 yaers.
