Worst canteen foods . Management nepotism. No good salary hike. Frustrated environment. Security guard also behave like the partners of the company. No respect given for engineers. You can't learn anything from your HODs because they don't have knowledge about their own respective field. Not able to work if you are a enginner and seeking the best salary , because they don't consider you are a professional degree holder rather than they will treat you like casual labour. Finally this company is not fitted for the professional engineers and you can't learn anything from that company. No free transport provided.

Training is the most positive point...You can't get class room trainings anywhere like this company..They will fire us like anything, but won't through simply... In that case job security is somewhat OK..

...mpany for freshers only.. Freshers can come, learn and jump to other companies.. Experience persons who will join this company definitely suffer and will get lower salary than your previous company...But your CTC will 30% higher than your previous company salary but your take home salary is lower than your previous company.. Very worst salary structure.. If your CTC is 27500, you will get take home salary as 19500.. Vast difference between CTC and take home...You will be supposed to handle more work activities but won't get that much recognition and salary.. Definitely your life balance is very poor...Very poor insurance benefits...

Good for freshers.. experienced person will not have any improvement in terms of both professional and financial.Job security is somewhat high.

Company culture was worst.. Salary very very low... Benefits are very worst..I took insurance policy which I couldn't able to claim...

The company is helpful for self development, high quality products. We work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 12 - 14 hours straight in a day.

You can do your personal work by changing your shifts if the department head allows you. Remaining all the things could not be write in this like section. If I write those things over here, that will against to my conscience.

...as an yearly increment. As a staff you will get increment upto ₹1000 - 2500. Then, they hold some percentage of money from your salary every month and gives you back as Diwali bonus. You need to pay money to food, biscuits& safety shoes. If you come to the company by car, strictly you need to park your vehicle out of the compound. They don't even gives you cleaning essentials (soap) to wash your hands even though you are working in oil.
