Work is heavy and career growth depends on government decisions which are almost negative in terms of salary or designations.

Likes

As I worked as a guest faculty after retirement I enjoyed my work mingling with the staff much juniors to me in age. The faculty respected me because of my age and experience. But the students are much below the standard. But still they get first classes.

Dislikes

There was nothing that I disliked. I had to withdraw myself due to to my health issues from which I am still suffering.
