...over time karwate hain.hafte me do se teen baar 16 ghante kaam karna padta hai. Salary kam hai 10200 inhand milta hai .canteen ka khana accha nahi hai. Over time ka paisa bhi kam milta hai aur late milta hai. Enginear gaali deta hai. Gadhon ke jaise kaam karwate hai.

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonous every year.

Bad work environment and culture. Teammate are supportive and bad management. This is boring company. And This policies are very bad... By HR office And bad salary hike and bonus.. And HR employ are very bad behavior and bad

Thear is a lot ot politic and the management doesn't address our issuse Salary is low and career growth is low

1. Salary comes on time i.e., on the last working day of a month. 2. No work pressure for efficient people.

Dislikes

1. Salary is very less. 2. No trainings at customer end or anywhere else. 3. No cab service for either of the shift people. 4. Food quality is very poor. 5. Career growth within the company is very very slow due to less increment done annually. 6. Casteism is on top priority by some people. 7. No taking care or enviornment, water keeps on getting wasted. Told so many times but always get the reply like look after your concerned area rather than getting involved in other activities. 8. Nepotism within the team members.
