Promotions are not good and the basic salary for operators is also a big challenging as it only pays for living only about 11k/month in hand And the Lunch is provided but the quality is just for eat can also make you feel dizzy after every eating.

Nothing is good about this company. In hand salary for OET - 10,200 Forced to work 12hrs even when the duty time is 8.5hrs. Bad language of senior Forced to work even on Sunday Food is of poor quality. Chapati(roti) is not even properly cooked and always stuck to each other. Insects found in food several times but nothing good has happened here.

It's a good company for fresher's specially. And if you are experienced then hurray! You can also join this as many aspects are in good condition. As you are experienced then you can also be promoted to some another sections if you played well on your job role. The most important is the suggestions scheme.

Every company has some good things as well as some flaws too. And this has as many as good in this stage. • Once any work initialised then when it will be fully loaded on its path, no one knows; even HR also. • No any gaming or innovative programmes except drawing and monthly communication meeting as they cut cakes for the previous month's employees birthday.

Entry karte hi Guard ka misbehave Entry hone ke baad attendance ke liye supervisor ka misbehave uske baad work station pe supervisor ka misbehave Full shift supervisor ka baate sunte rahna befijul .last one is 8 hours ki shift ki jagah 12 hours duty lena.
