I like about Kips is that they pay the salary on time with regularly of deposition and provide food and vehicle facilities with housing rent .

Dislikes

It has lot of mismanagement, they give priority to local teachers not the outsider. In covid 19 situation they paid us half salary and promised us to give us the remaining after the school reopens but they declined the promise and mentally harassed us by putting condition like bring addmission to school after we will give you the remaining salary but for outsider teachers we don't know the locality how will we bring admission to the school and if you leave the school or resign they won't pick your call and even not reply to you. The director of the school promises us that he will help us in any situation but when we need help we won't even pick the call or talk to us .....there are so many times the staff members also misbehave with us. So be careful before joining the school.

As far as evryone is goin thru the pandameic, work environment is suffering. Would not say there is any appraisals happening for obvious reasons. But yes, evryone is working harder to make the balance. Company is supportive with regards to your health issues. Hence #eveyonewannagetridofCOVID

Totally froud owner. They cheat us in this pandemic. No salary given from April to till date. If I called him then he reply I dnt have money do whatever you want to do..

No salary from April to till date. Totally poor owner they don't have 2000 or 3000 rs to give us... shamelessly
