Overall very bad. They won't pay ontime salaries and they will pay next month that is also partially. If they don't have work without intimating to employees they they will relieve. Management is atter waste. I am suggesting please don't join this organisation otherwise you will suffer. In my career number one worst company in the world.

Reimbursement, Accommodation and Remuneration.

Dislikes

Induction should be given through KT sessions. Atleast one each module permanent Consultant adopted. HR supposed to be get familiar with the ongoing projects by in-person visit.

Especially for newcomers, there are a lot of opportunities to learn new things and work on more projects, as well as direct contact with managers and work with different clients. Working with multiple technologies at the same time is ideal. If are really interested in learning about multiple technologies, this is the best company.

Nothing to say. Not paying salary on time is one of the biggest problem due to small organization. Also people who leave on their own doesn't get their settlement.

Dislikes

Everything in the company needs improvement. No appraisal system at all. More of a body shopping and resource placement company. Once placed the consultant needs to take care of themselves.

You can learn new technologies.

Dislikes

No medical policy. No claim policy. No PF policy. I don't know how it is now. No security of job. If you try to contact any emergency issue no one will pick the call from HR side.
