...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but no career growth. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

...gh I was appointed as a clerk but still I've to work as a teacher and as a peon. Still salary was the same. Even they were irritated a lot by gave me different type of unnecessary works.

KVKs are the central wheel for dissemination of new agricultural technologies to the farmers. They have done an excellent job. They are farmer centric. KVKs have revolutionized the Indian Agriculture by boosting food grains, oilseeds, pulses, fruits and vegetables. They have proven as the awheel of Change.

Dislikes

There is no job security in KVK. KVK persons are considered as the Second Class Citizens in University System while they are one of the 3 spheres i. e. Teaching, Research and Extension. They are being retired before due time. They are not getting Pension. State Government has totally subsided the interests of KVK persons. They are always having apprehension in their mind about the after retirement future.
