Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Its a proprietor ship firm. Konnagar factory all staffs are full dissatisfied.No working hors only 8000 salary for 12 hours. Lady director is mad and under qualified always quarell. Loas making org. Marwari bogus culture.

Work and life balance is great here. 9 to 5 office hours and no over duty or headache about night duty.

Dislikes

Work culture is worst, nothing to learn and compensation doesn't dependent on your qualifications or skill. Always be careful about Marwadi companies because they don't need good educated guys, they just need workers. So, you'll never get the job satisfaction if you want to learn here. You have to work the things you are not assigned to.

Fully loaded with Politics, No working culture from any angle. No job security, any time trasfer letter will be issued to tamil nadu or assam from bengal or reversals. In Bengal Kuntal Ghosh leading, he is totaly corrupted & dishonesty, attitude problems. No such company policies or hr policies.
