At appraisal time they always tell about your performance - "it's your daily job". When an employee takes leaves then it's considered as bad performance regardless your true project performance is good.

The company's policies are very bad for both freshers and experienced employees. They take a blank check for a deposit and require a 2-year bond. For freshers, there is an unpaid 4-month internship. The company's project manager engages in full-blown office politics with their employees. It's the worst company.
