Yes I likes work with Kribhco. It's very nice place.And people are there very nice, discipline , desire with work ,devotion and humble . I love it

About the salary package ,we people are not satisfied with the Kribhco Fertilizer public school, Shahjahanpur

I served as Manager (Mktg.) and travelled in India. The working of the company is good and decisions were taken on collective basis.

The work pressure was very high though the compensation was good. To improve timely promotions must be given to the hard workers.

Learning and mainly leadership, skill development and manage all the audit activity and data management of production... Cultural activities , environment of the company..

I have best experience but was not considered for promotion .. people with more connections are preferred for the job .
