I served as Manager (Mktg.) and travelled in India. The working of the company is good and decisions were taken on collective basis.

The work pressure was very high though the compensation was good. To improve timely promotions must be given to the hard workers.

...ing utilising your knowledge and experience then it gives freedom to experiment. Compensation is good and comparable to PSU units. There is a fare chance of career growth for every one but it is time bound like most other PSU.

Working culture has not changed much in last 20 year.

Learning and mainly leadership, skill development and manage all the audit activity and data management of production... Cultural activities , environment of the company..

I have best experience but was not considered for promotion .. people with more connections are preferred for the job .
