Work Culture: Best work culture I ever had, free talkative environment, you can put your point., you can discuss whatever the issue is. So the moral of the story is you will get the employee freedom. Management: Well. Everyone is supportive and work with you to resolve the issue. Company Policy: Good. Anyone can enjoy working here.

I don't see any dislike so for since I am working here for the last 4 years. If anything you won't like, you can directly discuss it with your CEO and he will give you an option or he will work with you to fix this as long as you have a valid point.
