Nothing good is to mention while working with Krish Biotech. Incompetent higher management, underqualified TFM, workplace politics which is indulged by management, terrible HR manager with his unparliamentarily attitude towards employees, exploitation to freshers makes worklife there as hell. Regarding job security, they always make dilly-dally to make permanent to junior employees. The HR does false promises before joining to every employee and do not comply with that later. They do not terminate technical staffs, as they do not get trained or skilled qualified personnel. Now coming to the worst part: Krish Biotech management DO NOT GIVE ANY AMOUNT AS SETTLEMENT AFTER RESIGNATION, EVEN AFTER YEARS. Advise to others who are thinking to join:: Dont join Krish Biotech Research. They do not do fair research and will compel you to report false data. You have to dance on their whim and will get nothing end of the year. They commit to provide increment in April but you will get the letter in September, when most of the employees resign already. There are 5-6% people exist there who continue more than 2 years. I passed a terrible time there with depression, anxiety, imbalance and what not !!!!!

Salary is on time. HR is terrible, there is no policy regarding employee welfare. Owner of the company doesnot look at this company so the other higher officials do anything and everything with the company culture. Undereducated higher official, TFM. Work environment is worst. False promises of HR creates a trap where employees get captivated. There is no hierarchy with salary structure, it depends on the negotiation during joining. Usually they provide more to outstation employees to retain them. Data falsification with no experimental credibility. Horrible canteen and food though they flag for 'subsidized food'.

The studies which are going.on over here including the toxicology and chemistry studies are good and scientific. Its a GLP certified organization so the experience will be useful in future.

...r their good work. The management is more keen for quantity rather than quality. Salary is very little.

...view with the main scientist. Basically they want good candidates with low pay. For that the HR can even ask you irrelevant class 12 maths questions for a role in biology department!! Just to prove that you are not good enough for the salary you are asking for... Once you agree to work in a lesser pay scale they will start exploiting you. The whole environment there is dominated by mean HR department. The location is also too odd to go if you are from Kolkata.. they even have concerns about what an employee will do with their salary .. everything is idiotic, every word and every action.

They are just cheater and exploit employees who don't give their salary during the notice period and threaten to make allegations against employees. HOD and HR made wrong and fake promises at the initial level of joining. I never recommend joining this.

Cheater, fake, exploitation, salary deduction, leave deduction, blame game, no policies for employee benefits only on documents, no matter how much you did for company benefits, they only consider own benifits

Pros Lots of good analytical instrument like hplc lcms gcms icpms, helpful seniors , good for people looking for oportunity to learn irrespective of salary and perks Cons Rest everything is worst. Worst hr, no security of job, salary 18 k 19k despite 3 yewrs of work, work pressure like hell, and what not....not reccomend anyone at all
