Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Only good thing is they give holiday on SUNDAY atleast.

Dislikes

They deduct your money without telling you. No appraisal, though they have said at the time of joining and though you worked very well including saturdays and sundays, yes you have to work on alternate saturdays and if that saturday comes on national holiday or yearly holiday calender, then you have to work extra in that month on 0 rupees extra. Work culture is too bad, they are not having a good infra too, not having drinking water facility too. Senior people blames you a lot though they have done many silly mistakes and you have to have resolved it. JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK. (BUT BETTER NOT TO JOIN)
