I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Team mates r good..partiality's going in organization those who have reference of Gm they came on highly CTC .there's no Sallery structure no grade ..if you have source of GM thn you go on high CTC level in all discipline..
