Job security is pretty bad, & there's clear favoritism towards employees form south indian states compared to those from other states. Also if you're laid off, HR admin won't give you proper explanation for things like pending leaves, bonus, incentives.

Good office environment and they have good incentive structure, you will get paid on timely manner, there is no delay in the salary. Dosnt have a consistent mind company, eveey 6 months it changes the company face, Some time good and after six months immediately fired the candidate without giving proper reasons. Very bad place to work

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
