Bullying, petty politics, toxic founder, manipulative manager, arbitrary HR policies, favouritism, fake designations that have nothing to do with your responsibility. Was hired as a Manager, but they had no team to manage. My manager "the head of content" with 20 years of experience writing English didn't know what "dystopia" was, was okay with designers writing copy, used grammatically incorrect English, never called team huddles for brainstorming, never discussed projects once they were finished to share feedback. Please stay away. Kreo Design is a cringefest with a non-existent work culture. You will end up being harrased and exploited and will waste months without real work. According to them being creative is copying stats from a website and make powerpoint presentations.

Not good place. Nothing I like about it.

Treatment different for everyone. No proper processes. Management is manipulative. Sweet talk but only blame and no appreciation for work. So many people leave. No grow and development. Same thing all the time. Bad clients.
