Micromanagement, strict work from office policy and no respect for skilled and smart individuals unless you are south indian. If you stay in office for long hours, you are considered very good here.

Likes

Top management at CXO level is good and knowledgeable. CTO and CEO are quite humble and down to earth.

Dislikes

...ious at present times. Office timings are also very strict in Bangalore traffic. They are taking advantage of the current layoffs and putting employees under pressure to work with less pay and increments. Most managers discourage innovation and new initiatives and company is very hierarchical in nature. They just focus on showing a good picture to top management and putting curtains over anything that is not good. One of my colleague described her manager as bloodsucker.

Likes

A lot of learning on latest technologies like AWS lambda, Golang and ReactJS. I love company policies of 2.5 leaves per month. All my queries getting answered.

Dislikes

The salary structure they offer to certain employees differ a little with the same position holded by other employee. A little too much to learn starting up as a fresher in regards to process adherance. Rest all depends on the team we get.

Likes

There is a scope for learning and introducing ideas. Can get a good experience on SQL and python.

Dislikes

...life balance. The management is not good at all. Not much exciting work culture. Very few compensation and benefits.

Get to learn a lot if you are in backend.

Dislikes

... not promoted based on their knowledge but based on their time spent in company. And salary structure is inappropriate.
