New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

As per carrier and sallary growth is very very bad ..basic facilities are nill for employees like canteen, bus , health cards , safety etc , graduvity and bonus are deducted from ours salary .. finally no satisfaction with the job ...

Working culture is very good with my subordinates and other departhments. I lernt more and more about plant commercial scaleup batches in group discussion. I am looking vizag and nellore CRD works and reporting to VP &MD.

No employee benefits no transfort, no canteen, don't join in QC senior persons not doing work worst QC team , Production people blackmailing to QC , no GMP , all are urjunt , shift persons doing all works but General shift persons come and sit and chit chat and go , No advance systems and No advance Persons

Top management always good. Facility of site level having minor issues. Taking care surrounding villages govt.school children provide a uniforms, books shoes, extra amount to school teachers from Krebs. I feel very proud it is part of Corporate Social Responbility. Chairman and CEO Mr. Ravi Ravindranath shares with employees how he grow and brought up from village, studies, experience become roll model and Mentor for all employees.
