Top management always good. Facility of site level having minor issues. Taking care surrounding villages govt.school children provide a uniforms, books shoes, extra amount to school teachers from Krebs. I feel very proud it is part of Corporate Social Responbility. Chairman and CEO Mr. Ravi Ravindranath shares with employees how hegrow and brought up from village, studies, experience become roll model and Mentor for all employees....Read More

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high. Many times 8-12 or 8-16 hours working. Manager do not value an individual. Lack of proper HR, appriasals, baised & favourtisim
