Being someone who has suffered from this company its my duty to write some reviews so that atleast any one of them who sees might think twice before joining here. There is no job security at all once you join you always need to spend days like when they will fire me when they will lay me off. They might lay you off even after a week of joining. Join here only if you are ready to loose your mental health because you don't know when the lay off hits you.

Everything about the company is dislike. They have spoiled numerous employees career so far.

Ohh do you want likes, be aware these people hire folks with hectic hike but won't be stable the hr Castro Selva abd the manager Ashwin deserves a place at hell

Kreatio had given hopes about our jobs and promised career growth. Unfortunately due to covid19 pandemic, the company has taken measures on restructuring itself and has decided on removing few employees . It's clearly not made certain based on what the employees are being removed. When enquired we were given reasons regarding the poor business and the losses the company is facing. Its certainly not safe for anyone outside there to decide on taking Kreatio as a company to grow as there is no job security. They have removed people earlier for silly reasons and it's still happening. No new projects and few projects are on the verge of leaving Kreatio for its poor performance

Dislikes

There is no time for your own personal life as they can ask you to do overtime and didn't even pay for that overtime. Partiality can be seen during the acknowledgement of work and with in Team people favour their own friends and during increment time they don't provide increment and show favouritism
