Its been 2 Years since i started working with the company. I joined the company as a trainee. From day one the team has been very cooperative. The Lead explained the processes very well and in a detailed manner. Soon based on my work I got to handle the project individually and was hired as full-time. Now I am working as a Software Developer, the journey has been amazing throughout. Every company has its ups and downs but we should not judge the company during the hard times.

Dislikes

Only the salary delay but I can manage my salary as per the timelines being credited to the account so it is not hampering my life that much as others have stated. One should know you only grow if the company grows. If you want a 40% hike in appraisal you will have to give 200% worth to the company.

Very late salary Poor culture Rude HR No WFH, but few seniors expect you to work on weekends too Strict,unfriendly policies No respect for employees. They Force employees for fake reviews

There is Nothing to Like about the Company, Worst Company Ever seen.

Worst Management, No Salary, Salary delayed more than 2 months, Not even do the FNF of the employee who left the company, if someone speaks about the company they simply target the employee and destroyed his career in terms of termination and false documentation, no ethical standard, 9hr, strict punch if you miss out by one min or half min half day will be implemented on the employee no proper salary structure. Upper management enjoys higher package and the juniors working upon 10000 salary which is against labaour laws, need a action against these companies.

...any zero ratings. The company just thinks for its benefits not for the employee. Company is not able to give salary on time. They had paid me the 1st months salary after I had completed 2 months there. Seniors behavipur is very pathetic.
