No job security. No offer letter/appointment letter. No pay slips. No appraisal. They are too casual about esic. They paid in cash. I've been working about a year but I don't have any proof of that. Everything is very casual to them.

...de any kind of documents so that you can prove somewhere you worked with kreamz. We get the salary in cash. Poor behaviour. Use bas words towards everybody. They play the hire and Fire game with employees every week with no reason. Always keep you in confusion so that you make mistake and give them a chance to release their frustration on you. You will feel low confidence and self-esteem in a week. Stay away from sutopa and jotirmoy. They are harmful to everyone.

From management to systems everything is bad. Their directors used cuss words to every employee. Their is no corporate culture. They don't provide you an offer letter or even a pay slip. They treats every employees like a slave. Their is no job security or no work life balance.
