Too much travelling, machine is running perfectly than also billing pressure of spares and accessories, Visit the customer within 24 hours of complaint raised.

Company policies is good and work environment and culture, good HR support

Salary and career growth is slow ther is a bond of 2 years befor which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Promotions only happen in upper management, even the best performing TM/KAM can be fired after performing for 12-15 years but a new BDM / DGM can be promoted 2 times in 2 year.

I was joined in golden time of this company & enjoyed my tenure. I can say this was my second company after one more MNC where actual work culture follows.

Dislikes

After joining of new MD, the culture started toxic & which is still going on. No old team member is continuing with the company & now Karcher is like Hire & Fire Company & it is like retirement home of new MD's old company people.
