My managers were good but that defines the person and not the company. Nothing much good to say about the company

...he HR here delays almost all the HR related work specially payment related work. Whether it may be Appraisals, Full and final settlement, compensation to employees who have been laid off due to process closure or reduction in business. I have received my full and final settlement (which did not include my compensation amount as I was laid off due to process ramp down) after almost 5 month with repeated follow ups which was supposed to be recived within 45 days from LWD. It is 7 months now I am still waiting for my compensation amount to be received and still following up with the HR team

Nothing, poor infrastructure, poorly manage team, salary payment not on time, if ask for delay upon salary be ready to get fired. No learning and development, no training, working on falsely made promise, fake processes and fake products.

Nothing. They are best in keeping employee's salary, not giving relieving & experience letter.

Dislikes

I worked there 8 months but they didn't share my appointment letter and also, they denied to share my confirmation letter too. When I asked the reason they said we didn't liked your work it was the time when I got my performance incentive. How does it possible? Is it even sensible excuse to give? this company is FRAUD.

Do not join this company , Fraud company, They layoff and not giving working days salary . and not even giving the settlement salary. Fraud Company. because of low volume they layoff. they are not giving salary.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
