Even if we make some mistakes, people would like to understand the challenges behind them so that they can help us to improve on it

Assistant Manager> Manager> Senior Manager If you're on the hunt for a place that'll throw you into the deep end and jolt you out of your cozy bubble, look no further than Kraftshala. My escapade with these folks kicked off approx 22 weeks ago, and let me tell you, if you thrive in chaos like I do, it's a match made in heaven. The culture is like the secret sauce. The team is all about adding value to everyone in the game, no matter how wild things get. A squad that's constantly cooking up solutions and crafting better paths through challenges is worth the grind. I used to dream about student issues (yeah, I'm that cool and invested) and how to fix them because I was all about making waves in the student placement journey. The strength to keep pushing when things got ad hard as a rock? Big shoutout to my manager, who also happens to be the CEO. Dude believed in me when I was doubting myself, nudging me in ways that felt like a cosmic whisper. For a wild child like me, who thrives on spontaneity, getting into the groove of planning and setting up systems was a game-changer. Kudos to Kraftshala for turning me into an organized chaos wizard. Putting my thoughts on paper, having sky-high expectations for others, and helping them figure out their mess instead of doing it for them are some of the few skills I sharpened here. It is not a dislike but trying to tango with effective communication in the midst of chaos is like doing the cha-cha in a hurricane-lots of fancy footwork, but you are not sure where you'll end up. But hey, after all the spins and twirls, you come out with the dance moves of a weathered pro.

My manager was sweet but she didn't know how to handle stress but overall nice experience.

Brand manager was a nutcase there 😂 they expect a lot and wannna squeeze every bit of juice from you. But its part of the process so kool.

> Great learning and the freedom to experiment and grow. If your career aspirations match certain company goals, stay rest assured you will be given the support and encouragement to try your hand at different things :) There is a huge amount of autonomy given to employees, which is very empowering (of course, with accountability!) > A heavy focus on problem solving, which is a lifelong skill and one that you will certainly pick up while working at Kraftshala > An organisation that cares - for its students, recruiters and employees. They take their mission to scale with soul very seriously and no where have I seen an org with so much heart and empathy towards even the smallest of stakeholder needs > You create some solid impact! The heartfelt messages from students and the way Kraftshala is transforming their careers make all the hard-work worth it :)

Not dislikes, but things that may not work for everyone: > Like any start-up, the environment is pretty unstructured and that can be chaotic for some (and super fun for some!) > The teams are pretty lean and frugal, so it's all hands on deck, always! While you do get your breaks, don't expect this to be a chill / slow paced job. Speed is important and so is delivery :) But if you put in visible effort, there are people to guide you. You need to be comfortable doing things you may not have signed up for as things change v fast (like in any start-up) > While the team is very supportive, you might feel like you're being thrown into the deep end to take care of tasks you have 0 exp with (but that's where the real learning happens!)

The team, culture and the growth. Its a great opportunity for Digital Marketing and sales experts and is abgreat working environment for women who want to restart their career or for those who want to work from home

The work life balance, and the flexible working hours (which means anyone is working anytime)
